Can an individual book a shared seat?
No. We arrange dedicated vehicles for businesses and groups, not shared-seat services for individual passengers. For a one-off group journey, see our private transfers.
Which vehicle sizes can we request?
You can choose from the Kia Carnival (6 passengers), 12-seater van, 15-seater minibus (14 passengers), 22-seater minibus, 26-seater Rosa and 35-seater bus, each plus the driver. We can also recommend a combination for your team.
Can we request multiple pickups or shifts?
Yes. List each pickup area, workplace and shift time in your enquiry so our team can review the routes and vehicles needed.
Do you publish a fixed monthly price?
No. Staff transport is quoted for your requirements, including staff numbers, routes, shifts, operating days and service period.
What is included in the quotation?
We confirm the full scope with you before booking, including vehicle and driver arrangements, fuel, Salik, parking, VAT, working hours, additional trips and holiday service.
Can you arrange journeys outside Dubai?
Yes. Send the exact pickup and workplace locations for journeys between Dubai and another emirate, and we will confirm coverage, timing and availability in your quotation.

What happens if there is a delay or vehicle problem?
